Qualifications :
- Male/Female above 30 years of age, Catholic, willing to live in Bandung
- Graduated from Psychology/Management/Law from reputable university
- Capable to handle the recruitment process: selections – interview – evaluation, having skills to make and execute plans
- At least 5 years experience in the area of HRD
- Have knowledge of Employment Regulation in Indonesia
- Have the knowledge of Human Resource Information Management
